The Problem:
Surfside's government is broken — and developers know it.
Since this Commission took office, the town has cycled through seven town managers and five police chiefs. Experienced staff have fled. The institutional knowledge that keeps a town running has walked out the door.

Meanwhile, developers are moving fast. They see a town in chaos. They see leadership too distracted to push back. And they're preparing to transform our community using the Live Local Act — with no real opposition from the people we elected to protect us.
This isn't about politics. It's about whether Surfside remains a place where residents come first.
The Solution:
Shlomo Danzinger has done this job before and delivered results.
As mayor, Shlomo led during one of the most difficult periods in Surfside's history. He honored the 98 lives lost in the Champlain Towers collapse, while championing condo safety reform. He secured over $6 million in state appropriations and lowered taxes for the first time in three years. He built new parks and community amenities, while protecting our town from overdevelopment.
He knows how to work with state legislators. He knows how to manage a budget responsibly. He knows how to keep experienced staff in place and get things done.
Surfside needs that experience back.

TRAFFIC DOESN'T STOP AT SURFSIDE'S BORDERS
SOLVING IT REQUIRES REGIONAL LEADERSHIP
That's why the mayors of our neighboring towns have ENDORSED Shlomo Danzinger for Mayor.
"We are proud to support SHLOMO DANZINGER because solving our traffic challenges requires cooperation between our communities. Having worked with him in the past, we know he has the experience and ability to bring leaders together, find real solutions, and get them done."
